By accessing or using the Platform in any manner — browsing content, submitting enquiries, subscribing to newsletters, requesting a media kit, booking advertising, registering for events, or otherwise engaging with our services — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
If you are accessing the Platform on behalf of a company, brand, or other legal entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms. If you do not have such authority, you must not accept these Terms or use the Platform on behalf of that entity.

About Prime Communication Media
Prime Communication Media is an independent media group founded in 2012 and headquartered in New Delhi, India. We publish five flagship print and digital titles — Aviation World, Beauty & The Best, Vibrant Colours, Wonder Kids, and Zindagi — and operate across print, digital, event management, public relations, and skill development verticals.
Use of the Website
You agree to use the Platform only for lawful purposes and in a manner consistent with all applicable Indian and international laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial use.
You May Not:
- Copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, or commercially exploit any content from the Platform without prior written consent
- Use any automated tool, spider, scraper, or bot to collect data from the Platform
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Platform, our servers, or connected systems
- Transmit any harmful, offensive, obscene, defamatory, or unlawful content via any communication channel on the Platform
- Use the Platform in any way that could damage, overburden, impair, or compromise our systems
- Misrepresent your identity, affiliation, or credentials when submitting any form or enquiry
- Use the Platform for spam, phishing, or any other fraudulent communication
- Reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise attempt to extract the source code of any software associated with the Platform
We reserve the right to terminate or restrict your access to the Platform at our sole discretion, without notice, for any violation of these Terms.
Intellectual Property
All content on the Platform — including editorial articles, magazine issues, photographs, illustrations, graphics, logos, brand identities, video content, event coverage, and the Platform's overall look and feel — is the exclusive intellectual property of Prime Communication Media or its licensed contributors and partners.
All intellectual property is protected under the Copyright Act, 1957, the Trade Marks Act, 1999, and other applicable Indian and international intellectual property laws. Unauthorised use, reproduction, or distribution will be pursued to the full extent of the law.
Permitted Personal Use

User Submissions
When you submit information through our contact forms, advertising enquiry forms, media kit request forms, event registration forms, or newsletter sign-ups, you represent and warrant that:
- All information submitted is accurate, current, and complete to the best of your knowledge
- You have the authority to submit such information and enter into a business relationship where applicable
- Your submission does not violate any third-party intellectual property rights, confidentiality obligations, or applicable laws
- You will not submit any harmful, offensive, defamatory, or misleading content
By submitting advertising artwork, logos, or brand materials, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to reproduce and display those materials solely for the purpose of fulfilling your advertising or event booking agreement.
Advertising & Bookings
All advertising placements and bookings are subject to availability and formal confirmation by our media partnerships team. An enquiry or booking request does not constitute a confirmed booking until you receive written confirmation from Prime Communication Media.
Advertiser Responsibilities
- Advertisers are solely responsible for the accuracy, legality, and compliance of all creative materials submitted for publication
- All advertising content must comply with applicable Indian advertising standards, including the ASCI Code of Advertising Practice
- Advertisements must not contain misleading claims, offensive imagery, or content that violates applicable law
- Final artwork must be submitted by deadlines communicated by our team; late submissions may result in rescheduling or forfeiture of the slot
Payment & Cancellation
- Payment terms will be communicated at the time of booking confirmation and are binding once accepted
- Cancellations must be notified in writing. Cancellations received after the print deadline are non-refundable
- Prime Communication Media reserves the right to refuse or cancel any advertising booking at our discretion
Prime Communication Media is not responsible for the claims, products, or services advertised by third-party advertisers. Advertising content does not represent editorial endorsement by our publications.
Newsletter Subscriptions
By subscribing to our e-newsletter, you opt in to receive editorial content, publication updates, event announcements, and curated insights from Prime Communication Media's portfolio of titles.
- You may unsubscribe at any time by clicking the "Unsubscribe" link included in every newsletter email
- Unsubscribe requests will be processed within 7 business days
- Your subscription data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy
- We will never share your subscription details with third parties for their own marketing purposes
- We reserve the right to discontinue the newsletter service at any time without prior notice
Events, Pageants & Programmes
Prime Communication Media organises fashion shows, lifestyle events, beauty pageants, parliamentary engagement sessions, and skill development programmes. Participation in any such event is subject to separate event-specific terms communicated at the time of registration.
- Event registrations are non-transferable unless explicitly permitted in writing by our events team
- Participation in pageants and events requires submission of accurate personal information and compliance with event codes of conduct
- Prime Communication Media reserves the right to disqualify any participant who violates event terms or engages in conduct unbecoming of the event's values
- Photography, videography, and media coverage at all our events may be used for editorial, promotional, and archival purposes. Attendees consent to such usage by attending
- We are not liable for personal injury, loss of property, or any other damages sustained during our events, except where such liability cannot be excluded under applicable Indian law
Disclaimer of Warranties
The Platform and all content, services, and materials are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without any warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.

- Editorial content is published for informational purposes only and does not constitute professional advice in any field
- We make no representation that content on the Platform is accurate, complete, or current at all times

Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted under applicable Indian law, Prime Communication Media, its founders, employees, contributors, and agents shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform or any content therein.
Our total aggregate liability to you for any claims arising out of or related to these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid to us, if any, in the twelve months preceding the claim.
Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Prime Communication Media, its founders (Vishal Kashyap and Preeti Puja), employees, contributors, legal advisors, and agents from and against any and all claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from:
- Your breach of any provision of these Terms
- Your violation of any applicable law, regulation, or third-party rights
- Any content or materials you submit to the Platform
- Advertising materials submitted by you that result in third-party claims against us
- Your use of or reliance on any Platform content in a manner not authorised by these Terms
Governing Law & Disputes
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India. The courts of New Delhi, India shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms.
