Permitted Use

- Downloading, scraping, or systematically extracting content from our websites for storage, redistribution, or commercial use
- Using our editorial photography, commissioned portraits, event images, or magazine covers without a valid licence agreement
- Creating derivative works — including translations, adaptations, or summaries disguised as original work — based on our copyrighted content

Third-Party Content
Some content published across our platforms — including commissioned photography, contributed articles, industry reports, press releases, and partner-provided imagery — may be owned by third parties who have licensed such content to Prime Communication Media for specific publication purposes.
Our licence from third-party rights holders does not extend to granting you any rights to use such content. If you wish to use content that originates from a third party, you must seek permission directly from the original rights holder.
- Press releases published on our platforms remain the copyright of the issuing organisation
- Contributed op-eds and guest articles may retain copyright with the named author
- Official photography provided by airlines, airports, or defence establishments is subject to those organisations' copyright terms
- Award logos, accreditation marks, and partner organisation branding are the intellectual property of the respective organisations

The name Prime Communication Media, the publication titles Aviation World, Beauty & The Best, Vibrant Colours, Wonder Kids, and Zindagi, along with their respective logos, mastheads, and visual identities, are trademarks or service marks of Prime Communication Group Publication, protected under the Trade Marks Act, 1999 (India).
- You may not use our trade names, trademarks, or service marks in connection with any product or service in a way likely to cause confusion or imply association with us without prior written consent
- You may not register domain names, social media handles, or business names that incorporate our trademarks or any confusingly similar variant
- Referring to our publications by name in an editorial or informational context is permissible and does not constitute trademark infringement
- Media mentions referencing our brand for the purpose of news reporting are permitted with accurate attribution
